CHECKING & PACKING

Our dedicated and skilled quality control team performs the stringent quality control measures under the guidance and supervision of the Senior Quality Assurance Personnel. Each and every stage of production is monitored and scrutinized well in time for effective high quality finished products. The finished products are packed cleanly in designated packs in accordance with buyer specifications and placed inside cartons.

EMBROIDERY

VALUE ADDITION - Believing that the embroidery process starts with an idea or a piece of artwork. Embroidered items are produced on hand guided machines as well as multihead computerized machines. Products are also offered with beadwork, different trims, tassels, laces, sequins and other embellishments. Various stitching techniques are used such as smocking, pleating, pin tucking, quilting etcetera.

WEAVING

Best quality materials processed with International standard chemicals are fabricated by our expert Handloom weavers. Semi-Automatic and Fully Automatic weaving machine operators in various designs like plain, Twill, Herring Bone, Satin, Dobby designs and Jacquard Damask designs are finally presenting wonderful products with “modern designs and internationally updated color combinations”.

WASHING

State-of-art machinery and expert work force makes it possible for us to work on any washing related challenges to achieve the fabric feel and quality as per customer’s expectations. The garment is washed with different chemicals (azo free) and types of washing produce various finishing effects like Acid Wash, Silicon Wash, Bio Wash, Enzyme Wash and Stone Wash.

BRUSHING

The fabrics undergo a mechanical process called brushing, where a smooth metal brush rubs the cloth to cut the top layer of loosely spun yarns to give the fabric a smoothening and delicate finishing which we can apply for Living Linen category.
